Both wifi and wired internet connections work flawlessly, with bluetooth or usb, but i usually have anc mode off. Which makes hearing the caller so much easier. The usb dongle for playing sounds from your computer/tablet works very well.

Magnetic earphones are less floppy and less of a distraction. They are great for working from home as they are wireless. For that purpose, it works well.

The battery lasts a long time for me, with occasional use. The battery life and charge time are both very good.

Comfortable to wear. If you're on an elliptical or bike, it's fine. No fuss. It easily lays like a stethoscope over your shoulder.

Jabra support is *-awful. Very limited flexing of anything. Also, this is considered a commercial grade “enterprise’ product. It is junk and has been thrown away after less than 2 months.

My frustration is that you can only buy a replacement set that comes with the ear canal insert (bud) and the ear retainer. For over $250 for a pair of headphones, i honestly thought they would last longer than this, so i'm a bit shocked.

Noise cancelling is mediocre. Poor mic performance over bt to the pc is a deal breaker for the office. Headphone is not as good as the lg infineon headphones.

Headset only works for a few months before it craps out. Buy anything else.
