Pros
It is definitely pricey but i think it is worth every penny. The value far exceeds the price!
Everthing is as good as the wireless. Jabra's bluetooth is not as good at these though. I still prefer my hi-fi at home with the 10 woofers.
The jabra evolve 80 is like my first pet, a beautiful bernese mountain dog with an amazing disposition. The construction is top notch, but i do pamper it and keep it in it's zipper container. The comfort is wonderful.
Cons
This headset is basically an almost $300 paperweight. Cheap plastic loses it elasticity and become brittle after a while. The pouch provided is cheap - the evolve 40 pouch is much nicer.
This is a very tight fitting headset with plastic/naugahyde type of covers that is uncomfortably tight and warm. Uncomfortable both physically on the ear as well as sonically uncomfortable.

Ask your boss to buy you one i got one when i started my job and a year later broke the mic bar my fault but if something breaks itll be that piece so be careful and loved the headset so much i bought a new one out of pocket
