Quality
This is a nicer headset with good, clear sound quality, clear call quality, plug and play compatibility, and it’s comfortable to wear.
Great sound quality, volume as well as noise cancelling.
I have a couple older computers that don't have usb-c and this headset doesn't have any adapters.

For that price you get a professional business quality headset that should last.
The headset is very comfortable especially if you have only been using the $20 generic headset that are given to you.
Packaging/appearance
I didn't see an adapter in the box.
Ultimately everything was fine but i was just a little surprised by the packaging.
I also want to note that the packaging was a little surprising for a reasonably expensive headset.

Im not on meetings all day so the battery life is usually good enough but ive certainly had occasions where ive run them out of battery during a meeting perhaps forgetting to take advantage of a recharge during lunch

Works with zoom so moving the microphone boom actually mutes and unmutes in the zoom app which is probably true of the newerbetter bluetooth ones

I have not had a good occasion to retest the microphones noise cancellation but have no reason to expect less

For better or worse im consulting in a role with a lot of meetings where i need to be present but am not needing to regularly speak or actively use my computer
