Pros & Cons
Pros
Seeing that there's not new models coming out is a testament to the fact there doesn't really need to be, as these work so so well. The evolve2 65 excels at all those categories with ease. But it feels like it squeezes and causes more pressure than th... Read More
The battery life is great and it will last more than 2 full workdays. Jabra sells quality product so worth every penny you spend. Still at 4 years into owning these.
The noise-canceling technology effectively blocks out background noise. Whether i'm in a busy café or a noisy office, my voice comes through loud and clear, enhancing the quality of my conversations.
A full charge lasts me several days and hours of conf calls. I charge them with the cord that it comes with, and it doesn't take long to recharge them. It’s compatible w many other devices i own.
Cons
The only way to disable it is with their * mobile app. This is a major inconvenience and makes me look unprofessional.
Ears pieces have cheap collapsible foam, ya thing it would be firmer! They push on my ear cartiledge to hard. They may fit other's heads comfortably, but certainly not my (perhaps) slightly larger than average noggin. I wear a headset 10+ hours a day,... Read More
After a little time on zoom, the microphone starts getting choppy. The voice constantly tells you over and over how many devices are connected.
Last <1yr means that's the last time i buy from that brand. Please purchase any other jabra product and save your time and money.
The sound quality is waaaay overrated. It's not made well and the mic is flimsy. It has a maddening feature where when audio starts playing on your computer, the audio fades in slowly.
Highlights
Quality
Fit great, easy to use and pair and the sound quality is exceptional.
Good audio quality, light with fine finishes.
Used for a week without charging and never got down to half of the battery life.
Oh, did i say they last too - 4 years and running on something you use many hours a day (no matter what that widget it) is simp... Read More
Price
Expensive but quality is there, happy these support five9.
Competitiveness
I use this with teams, webex, and zoom.
I decided to stick with the same brand and chose the evolve 2 noise cancelling.
If compare to my jabra wired headset, with evolve 2, i don't need to increase the volume by much to hear the other party clearly.
