I use these on my iphone ipad and my macbook pro they will connect to two devices simultaneously which i have found very handy although i did find that the soundscape only works when connected to just one device this might be because i don’t have the desktop program installed

I can’t comment on the microsoft teams side of these as that’s not something i use but for all the connections that i do use these have been flawless you can even set them to hear your own voice through the headset and alter the volume of this all of these settings are in the simple to use app’

All of the buttons are easy to reach and are located in sensible positions making them much more easily interactive than some other headsets i have used you can also answer and mute a call by just raising or lowering the microphone boom this can be turned off in the app’ but i find it a very handy way of handling calls

I have bluetoothed to both my mobile and laptop and have had zero connection issues indeed i have used every comms app out there without issue mainly ms teams

Initially attempted to use this headset with my polycom desk phone plugged the bluetooth adapter into the phone and it detected the headset

Made a test call to my mobile the mobile could hear the audio from the headset the headset couldnt hear from the mobile

Loaded up a youtube video and noticed that the audio would fade in at the start of each video
