Edit march 23 2024 jabra support helped me get one of the issues resolved so on windows machine when the laptop goes to sleep the usb port also goes to sleep and this causes the issue of me having to unplugplug the dongle for the windows to detect the dongle

Introi used to use jabra 85t and 85h for work but they were not consistent and sometimes kept disconnecting from the laptop

I originally purchased the microsoft teams type c version which worked fine but i hated that i could not higher or lower the volume from the buds i didnt like that the right buds buttons are locked for teams and i understand that this needs to be done for the buds to fully work with teams like answering calls or opening teams …etc
