Pros

Easy to setup and use. The battery holds up all day. Bought this to replace the jabra 9330 that lasted 5 years.

The clarity is very good and can be adjusted to match your phone type. The range is phenomenal! Sound is actually clearer than using the headset!

It has great sound quality, convenient volume and mute * on the earpiece. The mute feature is also great as it beeps once in a while on mute.

Cons

I have no idea why you can only turn this thing down to 10,000 decibels but annoying hold music will make you want to throw this thing across the room in about 20 seconds. The only solution is to take the thing off your head and lay it on your desk.

Works perfectly with very good call quality, even with background music.

However the quality earphone cushion is not good.

Unfortunately, contrary to another review, this is not 100% compatible with the grandstream 2160, or other grandstream phones.
