The audio is crisp and clear and the headset has great range. It's comfortable, clear both the speaker and the mic, and the range is great. The battery life lasts longer than expected.

My only gripe is that positioning the headset on the base and getting it just right to charge can sometimes take a few tries. My only complaint is that it's a little bulky, but given the grief i've had with other headsets, and how this one simply work... Read More

The headset itself has an easy to locate mute button right on the earpiece.

Great battery life -- unless i forget to put it on the cradle at night, i never worry about battery. The battery lasts all day.

Love not being tethered to my desk. Use it for work teleconferences 5 times a day. It's so handy.

On my end, the voice quality of the jabra is indistinguishable from a wired connection.

The cost is well below other similar models, so i highly recommend this headset for anyone working in a home office.
