Then as it goes down it doesnt shift back to center enough so it gets hung up on the way down and the line remains in use

My only complaint so far is that the way the base is designed if you wear the mono headset with headband on your right ear you have to flip the mic boom each time to put it back on the base to charge

This is an incredibly stupid mistake and as we see all too often these days is actually a stop backwards from the pro 930 design

But if youd like to use the button on the headset to answer you will need a jabra 1420143 link electronic hook switch which is also sold here on amazon for about 35ish bucks

The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the mic cannot be adjusted outwards and it hits my mouth sometimes or my nose
