Pros

After i resigned myself to using the headgear, it works just fine. Works fine, sounds about the same as my pro 930 it's replacing. Only thing is that you have toi remember to restart it now and then.

Often people forget to look at the busy light and will launch into a conversation with you while you're on the line. Works perfectly with a polycom ip335 as my production phone and this headset works perfectly with it.

The charging cradle is super easy to use and the strong magnet makes placing the headset in the correct position easy. Love the easy access to mic volume.

Cons

If you want to combine mediocre performance with excessive expense, the jabra pro 9450 is for you! Stopped working after about a dozen uses. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t work with my newer technology.

Headset is unnecessarily complicated. Force you to dock the headset with the boom hanging awkwardly at a downward angle, and several inches past the back of the docking station. Not user friendly.
