Probably too expensive, but it works and quality is high enough that it should work for a long time.
Cons:1: because of the intellitone, the quality for music or movies from the computer is abysmal.
Looks great on my desk, very easy to use, and the sound quality is excellent.
Price
I have been using the lower cost headsets from logitech and others.
The only drawback i see - the price.
