I utilize it at work with several telephony systems all voipsoft phone ms lync skype for business directly interfaced through usb on the computer

I can link it into my avaya soft phone if needed with the telephone jack but this limits the 9470s functionality for voip systems it is completely a must have for me at work giving me the liberty to receive and answer calls while not directly present at my desk giving me a wide range from the base limited obstructionsinterference place calls on hold mute the mic and adjust call volume all from the headset
