When using the bluetooth connection music can sound noticeably tinny

Jabra also provides a mobile app you need a key to authorize the app and that key comes in the box with the speaker that allows the user to use a digital graphic equalizer on hisher mobile device for music that is playing from the device itself or streaming from youtube within the device

That graphic equalizer does not work when the music is being streamed from any other place but youtube through the jabra app itself not youtube from your devices youtube app

So no graphic equalizer if you are streaming from pandora or the google play store or spotify or whatever
