While the bluetooth connection to the phone works well with phone call traffic if you then switch over to a zoomteams or skype call it is essential to temporarily disconnect the phone handset by tapping that bluetooth icon on the jabra device

This configuration issue matters and the 510 device cannot automatically adjust voicesound which is sourced from a competing desktop app like zoom

I paid the extra for the 710 over the 510 on the promise — which i can’t test of course — of better sound quality
