It's nice and keeps the 4s from getting damaged in a bag or backpack. It comes with a soft-sided zippered pouch to keep it clean and protected. This is a must have for the mobile traveler.

It shines when used for conference calls or as a speakerphone. If you were on the other end of a call like this it was brutal--you got to listen to the aforementioned blowhard's echo ridden bloviation.

The mics on this jabra connect 4s are exceptional for a device in this price range. The mic is perfect for placing the 4s on a desk and dialing into a call. The connect 4s is their latest model, and it is even better than the one at my office.

Jabra has done well with the capacitive controls on the connect 4s. The icons are easy to understand but rather small and can be hard to see if i’m not in good lighting.

The connectivity is unstable in both environments. Problem occurs when using either bluetooth or usb. Charging cable is way too short. If it's bluetooth then why is there a dongle?

There is only a single microphone which sits against the table when you use the supporting legs. The microphone sound quality is not very good. My cheap webcam mic does a much better job.

The only saving grace is that it works decently well as a conference speaker. It sounds like i am in a cavernous room when speaking. Sound quality is not bose quality either.
