Pros
Fully satisfied with the product. Looks premium. Functional and no-nonsense.
This is really a boon for people in the new norm where it is more of wfh and being constantly on calls. Light weight and easy to carry.
Work seamlessly with phone and laptop. Bluetooth works well and connects to smartphone. Wish it had a headphone jack. Connects with phone & laptop easily.
The best bluetooth earphone on the market. Great connectivity and great sound quality. Good noise cancellation.
Clear voice from a distance of @3ft. Sound quality is crystal clear and audible. Cristal could have a tad more volume, if i have to nitpick.
Cons
Jabra's mic is weaker than jbl speaker of rs 2800. The speaker volume (at max) is less than optimal and not significantly louder than my computer’s default speakers. There is no return/refund provision unless the device arrived in damaged condition.

Good product with a bit higher price.
All in all a good buy, though the price could have been lesser.

I looked into the newer models like 710 and 750, which came at a steep price but could not justify the premium.
