Pros

Jabra speak 410 works well for both speaker and mic. Works with skype, ms teams, zoom, webex and cisco ip phone. Works particularly great with teams in that you can mute yourself from the device and it syncs with the mute on the app.

I'm very disappointed in not receiving what was pictured. Returning for full refund and will purchase a different brand.

During the pandemic and was in two locations and hence could not test it or return it in time. Battery life is non-existent. Which is not what was advertised at all.
