I was unfortunate to have my unit stop working properly just showing red light while charging like one of previous reviewers wrote so i contacted jabra by messaging them through their facebook page

Ive always as many others as well had an issue with bluetooth earphones falling out during exercise

Have not had issues with connectivity with my phone and when i have to take a call and theyre connected the people im speaking with on the phone cant tell a difference with how i sound on the call

For what its worth ive used other bluetooth earphones during exercise and the little coverstabscomfort pieces etc would like always fall out and get lost at the gym

The earbuds themselves were very comfortable and came with multiple different options to better fir your ears
