Contacted customer support again expecting the same great service and while they were quick on a response because my original head phones were now out of warranty the would be unable to help me

I also recommended these to a friend who bought them for marathon training who also had his go out in less than 5 months and fortunately he took them back to best buy for a full refund

I really love these as a product but their lifespan with so many other bluetooth headset options out there just isnt worth the hassle
