I have used bt headsets since their inception. But dealing with bt as long as i have it is manageable. The size is the greatest selling point to this unit.

The headset works all day if not streaming. It can be charged using a standard micro usb jack. Charging is rapid and the headset easily lasts through the workday without needing supplemental charging.

Bluetooth connectivity is great and passes the stays connected in your left ear with the phone in your right pants pocket test. It's longer than i get out of my iphone 6s so that works for me. This headset is comparable with an android or iphone.

Cons

It pairs intermittently with my wireless cameras. It intermittently recognizes people in my phone book. It comes with a tiny multi language user guide that is worthless. Audio quality is poor.

It is poorly designed. Also it is terribly uncomfortable. The warranty process is troublesome and long waiting.

The over-ear clip is very uncomfortable. The ear loop keeps detaching from the neck of the earpiece. Ear cushions are all awkward and don't fit or hold well.
