This little earpiece fits well in my ear. They have some extra silicone thingies which will hold it more securely without the ear hook.

The earbud is flimsy and the ear gel constantly falls off. The bluetooth range is worse than my 6 year old plantronics voyager.

Answering calls is extremely awkward and unreliable. The ringer goes quiet and the voice just tells you who is calling. Not to mention that it being stiff plastic it is not comfortable.
