Its okay product took it to help raise nitrates but didnt really see much of a difference because the other nitrates im using are a lot better but for someone else this might be a great product

You should monitor your blood pressure when taking this especially if you have high blood pressure i did notice a difference when i used this and it did affect my blood pressure
