Quality

I have used smaller units for past emergencies and they worked great and still hold charges years later after periodic use and recharge.

Durability: the build quality feels solid and well-made.

With 1 fridge, one fan and 1 tv running as a test, the fully charged jackery with no extra power pack lasted 5-6 hours.

Started at 100% and after 5 days of use only brought it down to 83%.

Price

I got a great price and took advantage of the nice extras.

This solar generator is a bargain coming with 2 100w solar panels!

Dang the panels are so overpriced and the connectors are not standard.

It’s a bit pricey, but well worth the $$.

Shipping

We had a few questions about the processing of our order, and each one was handled quickly and favorably for us.

They were informative and assisted us with our inquiries promptly.

The generator arrived with 30% battery power and took an hour or so to fully charge on house power.

It came in 3 separate shipping dates.

Packaging/appearance

The box was heavily constructed out of cardboard and the inner box had heavy foam for padding.

All 3 items where packaged very well, heavy duty boxes,.

Competitiveness

1000 pro is not the same as 1000 plus, etc.

It doesn’t disturb the peace of nature or the serenity of my home which is a huge plus

I havent yet put our 1000 plus to the ultimate test of powering several things for a true emergency or even just a serious field test but the other day i ran my home office desktop computer 2 desk lamps monitor laptop security systems cameras dvr and monitor and my whimsical lightup gaming floor mat with it and burned through about 10 in 2 hours

I had thought id use less than that for what i was running but i dont know what i should expect

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I was hoping id be able to run my home office for my one day a week work from home day 34off grid34 and while i probably could especially with the expansion battery theres a problem

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

    That problem is this recharging

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Because the unit and expansion battery are bulky and not easily carted around id envisioned mounting the panels somewhere like on my roof and that would ideally recharge the unit by the next work from home day

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

In the course of another project ill touch on in a moment i learned that while the solar panels are ip 6768 water and dust proof jackery doesnt recommend using them in the rain
