Pros
Nothing to dislike about this product. No problem. There is a paper manual too. It's given me a huge sense of relief.
Total game changer powering a bunch of different electric equipment. Works great for powering lights and small appliances, but we really wanted another one that could brew a small cup of coffee.
Cons
The jackery explorer is advertised as being able to power devices rated at up to 1000w. It has never been discharged completely or even below 40%. My issue comes in when i try to charge them using the solar panels.
Customer service is a joke as well. Their customer service is horrible! I’m glad the people who work at jackery don’t have to worry about their expenses and not getting what they paid fir, but it sure burns my a @@ that they could give a * about assis... Read More
It's dishonest and confusing to report something as delivered then send a deceptive picture. This is a hazardous item and i led our clinic safety audits and kept up our protocols. That is unfair.
There is a trap there are cases where the product does not perform as advertised, and yet the purchaser cannot return it for a refund. To add to the disappointment, this item is non returnable!

Quality
It is easy to set up, hold a charge for an extended period of time, and has multiple port connections.
Good quality and easy to move around perfect for power outages
We used it to keep our fridge plugged in, charge cell phones, blow up an air mattress and after 4 days, it was only at 79% battery life.
Cpap works for a few days before needed changing.
Price
I was gonna but the 500w version,but then i saw this 1000w at the ridiculously low price of 549.
Would go bigger if i could afford to.
I got this unit for prime day since it was on a lightning deal.
Shipping
Customer service was great in helping us track solar panels which shipped separately.
They sent me a return label and i shipped it back expecting them to fix it or say i was out of luck.
It took 12 days for it to arrive once ordered.
It arrived 2 days earlier then expected!
Competitiveness
All were comparable with their pros and cons.
If you want 120v consider a different brand, like bluetti (which i also have).

This review is based on customer service mainly however i did receive the generator and solar panel in different packages due to the large size of the panels

I did not get to fully test out the unit as when the panels arrived about a week later i realized this was the version 1 not the version 2 model
