Solar panels get super hot in the sun

After reading some other reviews about 12v vs 120v cpaps figured id try it before i took it to see how long it would last since i have an older 120v machine so i just plugged it the cpap and ran it for 1 hour and it used 20 based on this i figured it would only last 5 hours at best
