Pros
Love the magnetic closing and built-in carrying handle. Fortunately it is still under warranty, and from what i'm reading, jackery is good about honoring those.
This is the second 500 we purchased. And, it’s on sale during prime days.
Cons
In stark contrast to jackery's claim of supporting 500 charging cycles, my experience reveals a significantly reduced capacity. Most do not show long term usage including how long it will last with no usage if you're using for back-up only.
This package kit is overpriced for what is offered. I didn't even read the negative reviews before purchasing this one since i was wrongly confident it would be a quality product. Buy this brand with caution.
It is my earnest hope that potential patrons of this company take heed of my experience. It is impossible to get around amazon's automated system to speak to a human, but clicking on damaged or not as advertised merchandise doesn't get me any help for... Read More

It kept my laptop charged all day, after 12 hours of use, i still had 40% battery left.

Jackery is a reliable top brand and this is my third jackery.
It holds a charge longer than my ecoflow 500 which is supposed to be newer and better technology.
