Flexible After Drying
Customers have mixed feelings about the flexibility of Jacquard Products Textile Color Fabric Paint after it dries. While some report that it maintains a decent level of flexibility, others mention that it becomes less soft compared to the fabric before painting. Despite this, customers are generally positive and have successfully used the paint for various projects including hand printed tea towels, quilts, and even leather items. Some users have reported that heat setting is not necessary for the paint to maintain its color after washing. However, a few customers had issues with the product's consistency and the need for heat setting to prevent runs.
Highlights
Quality
Excellent product goes on smoothly dries quickly and looks beautiful
It has improved my hand printed tea towels tremendously.
Purchased a leather couch from lazy boy, 2 year warranty, after 2 1/2 years the leather cracked, color faded, flaked in places.
It stays where you put it and doesn’t spread.
Price
I read how it was for car seats, boats, so i thought a $40.
As others mentioned, the cost is a bit high for this small jar.
Packaging/appearance
The reason for the 4 stars is that it was not well packaged the paint spilled into the plastic bag it came in and it was all over the bag.
However (not the makers fault) but the bottle came in a box with no outer wrapping or a bag !
Competitiveness
I decided to pay a little more to try jacquard, and i love this color and brand.
