Pros

Came packaged nicely. Roller rolls very smoothly. Very happy with it & how easy it is to use.

I use both tools morning and evening and it seems to plump the skin and reduces wrinkles and puffiness. I use it after i apply my face moisturizer to help it absorb. It helps take away some of the puffiness under my eyes and it feels amazing!

Cons

The jade is much much lighter than they show in the picture, so it’s a little deceiving. The box is nothing more than foam and cardboard.

The color is as pale a green as you can get. It shows that it will be green jade but it is actually pink quartz. In addition, the color is not the bright green shown on the photo, but rather the dull green.

Very well made and i enjoy it very much!

(edit - between writing this review yesterday and now today, the frame broke and the jade stone fell out.

It’s cool to the touch and has some weight to it so i think it’s authentic jade.

What a great buy and for a great price!

I am very happy to receive an entire gua sha set for half the price i originally paid for just a jade roller a few years ago from ulta.

Was expecting a flimsier product because of the low price.

Shipping

The first time i made an order i never received it, but i believe it was a problem with the shipping and not the seller.

My first roller arrived damaged, but i contacted the seller, and the customer service team replied very quickly and replaced it.

Upon contacting the seller, they promptly responded to my inquiry and sent me a new unit.

Packaging/appearance

Great packaging, easy to use, affordable, and she loves the results.

This came nicely packed, well presented in a box and the quality seems very good.
