Pros

If you are serious about practicing yoga, this is a must. Works great. I recommend this mat and the jade mat cleaner to everyone. I love that that the price is lower than competitors price.

The only downside to the stickiness is that every bit of dirt tends to stick more to it.

This company makes thicker and larger mats too. The only downside is that it is extremely thin and there is no bounce. I’m not sure why people are complaining it’s too thin - it is.

The girl it was gifted to, absolutely loves it. Ps, the olive green is beautiful and true to color.

It provides me with improved stability and traction. I've had previous yoga mats just crumble in months.

Cons

The smell of rubber is so strong it gives me a headache. There's no cushion at all and it's so thin it just moves and bunches when i move. The extreme and disgusting chemical smell.
