If you are serious about practicing yoga, this is a must. The girl it was gifted to, absolutely loves it. As a person practice yoga for 5 years, jade is always my best choice.

The grip on this mat is awesome. Not slippery. I’m just happy i don’t have to worry about accidentally sliding.
This company makes thicker and larger mats too. It is thin and light enough for travel, and grippy enough for downward dog and other poses. I’m not sure why people are complaining it’s too thin.
I've had previous yoga mats just crumble in months.
Cons
There's no cushion at all and it’s so thin it just moves and bunches when i move. Way over priced and a waste of money. Most odd. It's like a rubber beach towel.

Price
I bought this one because i liked the price, but i had no clue it was only 1 mm thick.
It is not comfy on the knees, but that's the price i am willing to pay for a handy, lightweight, easy-to-fold and pack travel yoga mat.
