The only reason for not a 5 is becauae you cant adjust the volume on the ear buds as you can to most

In comparison to the first generation jam earbuds the are great

I usually use one earbud but when i connect earbud 2 the static goes away then then i return the second earbud back in the case to resolve the static issue
