Pros
This is gorgeous wood & looks like photo. No complaints. Very pleased with this purchase.
It's new, flat, and uncracked. Warm, soapy water cleans it up just fine.
Cons
Wood flakes on every square inch. Had to sand the board with 180 and 220 grit sandpaper. It wasn't sanded down smooth. The color is mottled and uneven.
The quality of the wood is obviously not durable to withstand over time. It's not one piece of wood and not sturdiness enough.

Good quality cutting board but i’m not a fan of the big light colored strip of wood right down the middle of both sides of the board
