You clearly pay a fair bit more for the jamie oliver name as although good as a mezzaluna and board, it's not way ahead of its competitors.

As other reviewers have noted it does seem odd that the instructions give guidance to place a wet towel under it to avoid slippage

Again wouldn’t have bought it for myself as it is very expensive for what it is and a tiny bit smaller than expected

I have dyspraxia and can struggle with fine and gross motor skills so chopping vegetables can lead to injuries although i have got it down to a fine art over the years but chopping vegetables and salad still feels clumsy and awkward for me
