Pros
Chock-full of delicious recipes with tempting photographs. Most things look delicious and i will write more after trying some recipes. Ingredients tend to be readily obtainable and not fancy. Each recipe also has a photograph of the finished product.

This is a uk cookbook and all measurements are to uk standards - if cooking in the usa you'll need to translate them to us standards.
Even the pages are a non glossy paper that just feels homey in your hands.
