Pros

Jamie oliver's "recipe book" is a must-have for any cook.

Recipes are so delicious and the photos are really inspirational! The recipes are well photographed and the instruction is well described. Hard to find some ingredients.

Bought used from occe usa. Arrived unscathed from europe. Rocket is the british name for what is usually know as arugula over here.

Cons

The ingredients are in metric. The method jumps from one part of the meal to another then back again.

Some of the expense comes from needless and thoughtless waste of ingredients. The instructions are often a bit muddled, too. This is the first time i've had this kind of difficulty with any seller on amazon.
