Pros & Cons
Pros
They look great though really, very stylish and can sit in the living room without being an eyesore. The cabinets are sturdy and offer the important interior parts plenty of protection.
The sound stage is wide and the instrumental separation is really good.
These are noticeably better. Keep them on to dampen the highest highest a bit. Thanks to the front firing horn, it is not a big issue for me, but do keep that in mind if you have a tight place.
In this set up, the speakers shine. My girlfriend uses them for her computer speakers and the lows are low and the highs are crisp.

Price
These are so good for the price i am buying a set of them for each of my kids.
Excellent value for both music and home theater
Buy on crutchfield instead of amazon, $50 off right now and an additional $15 off if you're willing to wait a few days - save nearly $70.
Do one thing though - spend the extra ten dollars and buy the white ones.

Stereo effect stage sound projection is tight you need to be at one exact spot to hear the proper sound a 510 inches towards the left or to the right and you mostlyonly hear the one speaker closer to you so tight would maybe ok for car speakers but even for office speakers these ones are too tight i can notice the sound changing when the deskchair swivels while im working on a computer i

The placement with respect on the back wall is forgiving can have them away from backwall or hang them on the wall without much difference in sound but speaker rotation or having speakers asymmetrical to listener do make a difference in sound
