All in all for the price paid i'm glad its a bit large as he will grow into it and i expect he can use for a few years before outgrowing.
Not a big deal for a drowing toddler as you can roll up the sleeves and tuck in the extra length into rain boots.

It works but you have to put a little effort into it which can be a struggle when your child is trying to run off and play and they aren’t interested in sitting still for the extra 5 minutes
