Pros

It adjusts with an under the chin strap but also on the bucket hat itself. There isn't really a strangulation hazard because it can break away with a small clip. It adjusts to fit smaller and then can grow with them.

The brim doesn't flop onto my baby's face. It offers great sun protection and fits comfortably. Good quality, blocks the sun.

This is what i needed since my baby is only 3 months old. He's 15 months old but outgrown all other 2t hats, so this has been excellent. This hat is terrific for my 2-year old.

It's big enough to even shelter the neck without the "tail" other than that it stays on well if it’s windy. Does not blowoff & is great for boat rides or just being outside. Keeps sun off his ears, scalp, and neck.

These hats are soo adorable give them that look like they’re ready to go camping, fishing, hiking or gardening lol. Amazingly, both my kids keep these hats on for an appreciable amount of time -- and they look very photogenic while doing so.
