Pros

Jansport backpack is very roomy and durable. Three compartments make it easy to organize. No zipper issues in the white compartment.

Cons

The jansport "warranty" is extremely difficult to take advantage of, and requires the *customer* to pay for shipping, both to send it to them and a customer-paid pre-paid return. It's very frustrating how low their quality has come.

Some zippers have a flap that gets caught every time. They lie and stall and stall. They feel like they could break at any moment.

I was drawn to the size and supposedly durability of the brand but after only 4 months of usage, the bottom corner is already wearing out.

The zippers get stuck on the top of it and it won’t get unstuck
