Pros
The jansport backpack is a very durable backpack. It has several compartments and it holds lots of stuff - clothing, computer, books etc. The mesh side pocket is large enough for my always-with-me nalgene bottle.
It’s worth the extra money to have the added room and features opposed to the simpler-styled jansport. Durable and hides hurt.
Cons
Horrible dupe bag. Very fragile handle on top is torn. There are not much padding for the entire bag.
The shoulder strap looks ratty and tathered and way older than it is. More like an elementary school backpack. This is the last time i will pay to ship it back.
I'm sure that overhang of material is there to hide/protect the zippers, but if you're not always conscious of the way you zip this thing it will snag. Now the fabric is flimsy.

I hate when there’s no side pocket and her water bottle is just thrown in haphazardly with school work as even the most secure water bottles have the tendency to leak a bit
