Been getting jansport for my kids for years, consistently a good product
It is very high quality and i feel it will last the whole school year.
The only reason for the 4-star rating is that i wish it were about an inch taller to fit my 15-inch laptop.
Enough space for everything i need in it, fits my 15'' laptop well, and the materials of the product are good.
Price
I think that the backpack is worth the price!
Shipping
I had to pay extra for shipping before school starts but it arrived a few days earlier then anticipated :)great backpack/brand!
Packaging/appearance
It does fit, but snugly, and i worry that the pressure against the top of the pack may result in extra wear over time.

The only problem is the zipper sometimes gets caught on the backpack and you have to unzip it and then zip it back up

Only reason my daughter got a new bookbag because the decoration on the prior bag was to childish for her

My only complaint is so small that it should not make you reconsider the backpack the cloth zipper covers often get in the way when zipping it up
