Pros
Easy to clean, spacious, the straps even hold up to a lot of weight. I hope it lasts at least for 2 yrs or so.
It has sturdier wheels than many are saying. The quality is unmatched by anything else out there. Very sturdy, made well.
Cons
The handle is not sturdy, the fabric is sub par on the exterior and a joke on the inside. The mechanism for the handle is faulty and doesn't allow for regular/daily use.

This back pack is more expensive than my luggage!

Packaging/appearance
It looked like someone had opened the box before i took it inside.
The backpack seemed good as introduced, but the packaging was terrible.
They taped the box too careless, to the point it hardly closed my package.

I thought that a rolling style backpack would be better and safer

However the shoulder straps have already torn and snapped as they tend to get stuck under the wheels when being rolled and the kids cant easily maneuver them out of the way

There is no way to remove the shoulder straps short of cutting them off which i dont want to do but may have to do right now i just tied them together and flipped them over to the front of the backpack
