Pros

The only issue is what will my son use in the meantime. I expect this pack will be in use long after my son finishes college. My kids have a tendency to destroy their backpacks, but until now, did not want to use jansport.

The zipper on this thing frequently gets stuck on the lip or edge of the fabric that covers the zipper. On the photos given it said that there was a phone holder - no holder. It was not abused, but ripped within 2 weeks.
