The material isnt very strong at all so if you pull too hard on them they rip apart

They take care of any problems you may have be it a broken zipper or a tear in the seam

All in all the backpack is great just received the wrong color because originally had it saying pine grove and had a picture of black so they sent a black instead of pine grove as to why they would go by picture and not what the words say is beyond me
