As far as this backpack, my daughter is pleased with the color, it looks just as it did online.
We have not had any issues with the zippers, fraying, holes, stitching, etc.

Being the one who pays for it, i appreciate seeing the lifetime guarantee tag hanging off the zipper when she pulled it out of the bag.
