Zipper broke on one side but still has another zipper—as i said my niece is really rough with her stuff that’s why i got her a jansport

Zipper would be covered under warranty so superupdate—after a monthzipper only works on one side and the warranty isn’t so easy peasy you have to submit a form and then they decide whether or not to replace kinda makes me think about all the broken jansports i have laying around but to be fair she puts a lot of books in but jansport is meant to last so idk

Looks a little more orange in person tho niece loves it has lifetime warranty she’s rough w her stuff so this bag fits the bill she loves the color price was about right
