This has a fragrant smell and tastes good. It brings a lot of flavor to otherwise bland food.
Apple cider vinegar is good for digestion and a number of other things. Shake it well before use to get some of that wonderful sediment into your body, it's good for you. Fruit scented works best.

Ill just throw it out there that every kefir ive ever seen for sale is in a plastic bottle so at least thats a live culture where plastic is no big deal
