Pros
This supplement is great for increased performance during endurance activities. Benefits include more restful sleep, an increase in lean muscle mass, and more endurance/better recovery during and after a workout of any kind.
I normally use beet juice or powder to up my no levels, but jarrow formulas 'arginine-citrulline sustain supports nitric oxide' is a viable on-the-go alternative. The tablets are large, but i'm able to * them without issue.
L-citrulline gets converted to l-arginine by our bodies. Arginine is known for its ability to aid the circulatory system by helping to increase blood flow.
Cons
These tabs have some kind of coating, which becomes ugly with uneven irregular surface. In my opinion, there is some problem with coating, because no otherjarrow’s products have this problem.
