Pros

These are tastey with a sweet taste but not too sweet depending on your palate. This seems to digest well without the 'vitamin burp-up feeling of others. Jarrow makes good products. Also has the best ingredients the cells recognize and absorb better.

This product helps us stay calmer and not use up our bodies. I have yet to retest, but i can tell that these are giving my more energy.

Cons

Contains titanium dioxide, a suspected carcinogen. Not one product works for everyone.
