Pros

Add 2 scoops to 12 fl ounces of water and heat just to a simmer. It is not overly salty. I'm a novice to bone broths but this is the best tasting that i've tried.

I like to use broth whenever i can instead of water when a savory recipe calls for it. This broth from jarrow works great for this purpose. I use it just as it is, or i spice it up as it stews in the pot.
